This class provides for the opportunity to dicuss topics currently of major importance for the internationals human rights system.

Case studies and practical examples will be used to deal with the normative content of the human rights concerned as well as with the (quasi-) judicial and political-diplomatic mechanisms for the enforcement of human rigths.
