16:30-18:00: TESTEvaluation: Ctd presence counts for 10 %, regular co-operation for 25 %, and the test for 65 %. Students will write an open book exam (approx. 5 pages). They will also be required to refer to their domestic legal system. It is therefore advised to get familiar with the relevant domestic law (legal provisions and case-law) before the course starts.
