Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
The course concerns the liberalisation of public markets and the competition for public contracts within the EU. It shall provide knowledge on EU internal market law (especially the fundamental freedoms) and EU public procurement law.Students are expected to prepare a presentation, write a brief paper and participate in discussions. There will also be opportunities for group work (voluntary).Eligible topics will be identified, selected and allocated in the kick-off class, depending on the number of participants as well as their interests and/or prior knowledge.The course will use the moodle platform and its web conferencing plugin BigBlueButton.

Students are expected to read the relevant literature on the subject of their presentation / paper, as well as the papers of other participants in order to be able to participate in discussions.
Literatur
Literature will be suggested for each allocated topic.
