The course aims at achieving such objective by analyzing selected judgments of the Court of Justice (ECJ) and by discussing hypothetical cases of application of EU law (i.e. mock cases). Selected ECJ judgments in the areas of constitutional principles of EU law, judicial protection of EU rights and EU internal market law will be discussed during the classes. In addition, students will be asked to solve mock cases, in order to show their ability to apply principles of EU law to concrete cases.
