030578 MC Price Media Law Moot Court (2024W)

The Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, organized by the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford, challenges students worldwide to engage with cutting-edge issues with a focus on freedom of expression.

Participants conduct research on legal standards across national, regional, and international jurisdictions, developing written submissions and presenting oral arguments on issues in media and information, communication and technology (ICT) law.

The competition currently consists of six Regional Rounds, with qualifying teams advancing to the International Round in Oxford. This competition offers a unique opportunity for law students to prepare for future careers in this dynamic field.

A team of 2-6 students will represent the University of Vienna at this prestigious event. The European Regional Round will take place in February 2025. Qualifying teams from the respected Regional Rounds could go to the International Round in Oxford in April 2025.
