By the nature of this course, personal attendance is required. The grade will consist of four parts:
Final Exam (45%)
This is a closed book exam. Students are not allowed to use textbooks or notes or anything else besides a pocket calculator.
Midterm Exam (30%)

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
The aim of the course is to introduce the students with the basic concepts of Corporate Finance. We will study: equity and debt finance, how to value different types of bonds, the capital structure and dividend policies.
Prüfungsstoff
The whole material of the course will be examined.
