In order to pass the course you'll need to complete the following tasks:* [25%] Exam - Part 1 - Statistics + Simulation (written exam, individually, closed-book)
* [25%] Exam - Part 2 - Queueing (written exam, individually, closed-book)
* [25%] Exam - Part 3 - AnyLogic (computer-based exam, individually, closed-book)
o you'll need to obtain at least 50% on Exam 1-3 in order to pass the course!!
* [25%] Homework
o you need to do at least 70% of all homework in order to pass the course!!
* [25%] Exam - Part 2 - Queueing (written exam, individually, closed-book)
* [25%] Exam - Part 3 - AnyLogic (computer-based exam, individually, closed-book)

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to simulation modeling which is extensively used in production and logistical related applications.In this course, AnyLogic¿ - an innovative simulation tool built on the latest advances in modeling science and information technology made in the last ten years - will be introduced. Students are expected to build their own models using this tool by the end of this course
