Will be based on participation in discussions, short written tests to be completed during the course and a final written test at the end.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Minimum requirement for successful completion of the course includes at least grade 4 (grade 1 = very good, grade 5 = unsatisfactory) on final written test as well as 80 % attendance.

Reward and Incentive - general principles - definitions - financial/non-financial - systems and applications - sound practice and pitfalls.6. Future Perspectives - human resources and the digital age - industry 4.0 - the “second machine age” - unconditional basic income? - a paradigm shift?Practical relevance, application and applicability of theories, concepts and systems will be illustrated by reference to real life examples and issues.
