THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS PLANNING TO TAKE THE COMBINED BED STEOP EXAM (LINGUISTICS & LITERATURE & CULTURAL STUDIES) IN JUNE 2018:

As we won't offer the BEd STEOP lecture courses "Introduction to Linguistics" and "Introduction to Literature & Cultural Studies" in the summer term (SS 2018), we (the teachers and tutors of the combined BEd STEOP exam) are inviting you to an information session in which we will explain how best to prepare for your exams on 4th (first sitting) or 30th of June (second sitting).

INFORMATION SESSION ON MODULPRÜFUNG BED “INTRODUCTION TO ENGLISH LINGUISTICS / LITERATURE AND CULTURE”:

WEDNESDAY, 7th of March, 10.15 – 11.15, HS II, NIG (Neues Institutsgebäude, Universitätsstraße 7)

For those planning to take the BEd STEOP-exam in June 2018:
Since we do not offer this lecture course in the summer term I STRONGLY recommend you attend the tutorial (with Ms Baumgartner) AND attend the BA Steop lecture course "Introduction to the Study of Literature" (Zettelmann), which covers the literature-related information you will be tested on in the BEd exam. This is a course for BA students which discusses more or less the same issues as the BEd lecture (not the cultural studies stuff, though!), but in a littlebit more detail and at a more leisurely pace!
