270257 VO Predictions of macro-molecular structures (2005W)

The course will be focused on the conceptual bases and on the computational techniques for predicting the three-dimensional structures of proteins. Additionally, the methods for predicting the structural features of macro-molecular assemblies will be presented together with the use of databases and web-houses.
