Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

Einleitung: Definition, Forschung in der Pharmakognosie.
Arzneidrogen biogenen Ursprungs, Produktion pflanzlicher
Arzneidrogen (Kultivierung, Vermehrung, Züchtung, Aufsammlung,
Naturschutz, Ernte, Lagerung, Entkeimung, Extraktion,
Qualitätskontrolle).
Phytochemie: Chemie pharmakologisch aktiver Verbindungen
biogenen Ursprungs, Biosynthese. Biogene Arzneidrogen und -stoffe
des Arzneibuches, Phytopharmaka: gesetzliche Bestimmungen,
aktuelle Probleme und Anwendungen, Beispiele für den Einsatz in
verschiedenen Indikationsgebieten, Interaktionen.
Rekombinante Arzneistoffe: Definition, Zytokine, Hormone,
Gerinnungsmodulatoren, Antikörper
Impfstoffe, Antibiotika
