Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

The online course provides insight into how fragment-based drug design can help in modern drug discovery. Concepts such as molecular complexity, additivity of binding energies and approaches for fragment evolution such as linking, merging, growing, will be discussed.
