Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

This workshop will help you to write professional and effective emails and letters in English. It will include:
- the do`s and don`ts of English professional correspondence
- becoming familiar with typical expressions used in English correspondence
- recognizing and producing both formal and less formal styles in correspondence
- practical tasks involving writing emails/letters and receiving peer and trainer feedback
- group discussions about formal/informal styles and levels of directness
- practice in expressing oneself in a friendly but professional manner
