Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Final exam -- no materials brought in unless otherwise stated. The exam can be written in German, English, or French. One part will involve the discussion of 2 themes (out of 3 proposed) based on the lecture and readings, the other part will entail writing an abstract of one article to chose out of two proposed (one will be in English, one in German). Each part has to be passed to pass the exam.

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab

As is stated in the description of the MA cursus, students should be able to read English and understand English. The exam can however be written in German. And as should be the case in any serious MA program, you will have to read a lot.
