010032 VO Basic Course Theological Ethics I (Basics for Fundamental Moral Theology) (2023W)

Understanding the basic notions of moral theological thinking and knowledge of the methods of theological ethics.

(1) "Very good" is awarded for performance in which the candidate fulfils the requirements set in accordance with the curriculum and the specific course in the comprehension and application of the subject matter as well as in the execution of the tasks to an extent that goes far beyond the essentials and, where possible, demonstrates clear independence or the ability to independently apply his/her knowledge and skills to tasks that are new to him/her.
(2) "Good" is awarded for performance in which the candidate fulfils the requirements set in accordance with the curriculum and the specific course to an extent that goes beyond the essentials in the comprehension and application of the subject matter and in the execution of the tasks and, where possible, demonstrates noticeable approaches to independence or, with appropriate guidance, the ability to apply his/her knowledge and skills to tasks that are new to him/her.
(3) "Satisfactory" is awarded for performance in which the candidate fully meets the requirements of the curriculum and the specific course in terms of the comprehension and application of the subject matter and the performance of the tasks in the essential areas; deficiencies in performance are compensated for by noticeable approaches to independence.
(4) "Sufficient" is awarded for performance with which the candidate predominantly fulfils the requirements set in accordance with the curriculum and the specific course in the comprehension and application of the subject matter as well as in the performance of the tasks in the essential areas.
(5) Candidates who do not even fulfil all the requirements for an assessment with "'Sufficient" shall be assessed as "Not Sufficient".
