Aims, contents and method of the course

Introduction into the Old and New Testament. Grasping of the content, structure and theological peculiarities.

Assessment and permitted materials

Seminar with evaluation in the process of the course and three written tests during the semester and a final written exam.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Knowledge of the texts, traditions and structures of the Old and New Testament.

Examination topics

Lecture, excursions, reading exercises at home.
