Aims, contents and method of the course

Requirements for participation in the CDRC Mediation and Negotiation Competition

Very good knowledge of the English language
Participation in the course "Mediation for Lawyers" (will be also held in SS 2019)
Completion of diploma examinations in civil law and civil procedure law is desired
Participation in the elective basket “Mediation and ADR” is desired, but not a must
Completion of the electives "Communication in Conflict Management" and "The Design of Mediation" is desired, but not a must
Doctoral and Erasmus students are also welcomed to participate
