Students are accepted into the team based on their application documents (CV, transcipt of records) and oral interviews, which are held between 08.09.–15.09.2021. Accepted students will then be registered for the course automatically.

Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Joint research and writing of two memoranda (to be handed in on December 9th and January 27th respectively); preparation of the oral pleadings.
The students will be graded based on their participation in both the written and oral phase of the Moot Court. While these criteria are weighted equally, there will be no further (oral or written) examinations.

The participation fosters the study of international commercial law and the CISG through its application to a fictitious case. In the course of the Moot Court, participants are required to write two memoranda - one for the claimant, one for the respondent of the case - and prepare the pleading for the final, taking place in Vienna between 09.04.–14.04.2022.
