Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Die Pflichtübung dient der schrittweisen Erarbeitung grundlegender prüfungs- und praxisrelevanter Probleme des Zivilverfahrensrechts an Hand von Beispielen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Erkenntnisverfahren.
Assessment and permitted materials
Es werden zwei Klausuren angeboten, von denen mindestens eine bestanden sein muss. Aktive Mitarbeit wirkt sich positiv auf die Note aus. Im übrigen zählt die Note der besseren bestandenen Klausur; ein Durchschnitt wird nicht gebildet.
