Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is designed for students in the first stage of study to prepare for the module examination in "Legal and Constitutional History". Using sources, thematic focal points from the section "History of Private Law" are discussed; this comprises about half of the entire module examination. To prepare for the "Constitutional History" part of the exam, it is recommended to attend a corresponding exercise.

Assessment and permitted materials

discussion and two written tests as well as multiple choice tests (on moodle)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

There will be two wirtten test; for the final evaluation, the better test will be the basis (if the student has taken part only at one term, this term will be the basis). It is possible to better the evaluation up to two marks on the cause of active participation at the discussions or with participation at the multiple choice tests. But it is not possible to change a negative evaluation into a positive only this way, e.g. one of the written tests have to be positive.

Examination topics

Will be shown on moodle.
