Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
The lecture forms part of the examination topics of the oral exam in public international law in the "Staatswissenschaftlicher Abschnitt" (third section of studies) and will be examined in this framework.
For all Erasmus students and students from other faculties a written exam will take place on 25 June 2019. In order to register for the exam please send an e-mail to Brigitte Weidinger (Brigitte.weidinger@univie.ac.at) under specification of your name, student ID number and e-mail address, between the 1 June and 20 June 2019. Registration is absolutely necessary in order to take the exam!
It is allowed to use the following book during the exam: Reinisch (Hrsg.), Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts (5. Aufl., 2013), Band 2 (Materialienteil)
