Aims, contents and method of the course

Introduction to specific areas of medical law (procedures on corpses, transplantation law, law of involuntary committal of mentally ill patients, fighting communicable diseases ["epidemic law"], reproductive medicine).

Assessment and permitted materials

Written intermediate test and written final test, both in person and during course units. Resources: unannotated editions of the law.
Intermediate test April 8, final test June 10.
Attendance is compulsory. Two unexcused absences are permitted.
