Aims, contents and method of the course

Erwerb eines vertieften Verständnisses für das System des Schadenersatzrechts, insb Zwischenbereiche zwischen vertraglicher und deliktischer Haftung, sowie zwischen Verschuldens- und Gefährdungshaftung; Auseinandersetzung mit speziellen schadenersatzrechtlichen Fragestellungen: Personenschaden inkl Arzthaftung; Sachschaden insb Kfz-Schaden; Haftung für Rat und Auskunft; Verkehrssicherungspflichten allgemein und Sondertatbestände des ABGB (insb §§ 364, 364a, 1319, 1319a ABGB)

mündliche Mitarbeit und schriftlicher Test am Ende der Lehrveranstaltung, bei dem die Verwendung eines unkommentierten Gesetzestextes erlaubt ist
