Aims, contents and method of the course

A systematic introduction to the law and language of US/UK/Austrian Labo(ur) Tort Law, Civil Procedure Law, Commercial Law (Level C1)

Assessment and permitted materials

presentation/final test, active class participation

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Requirements for passing the course and obtaining a report:
1. regular course attendance
2. regular preparation for class (study aids will require at least as
much time as class work)
3. active class participation
4. oral exam which can be replaced by a (joint) presentation
