Aims, contents and method of the course

Überblick und vertiefend Organisation von Kapitalgesellschaften, in Bezug auf ihre Organe (Rechte und Pflichten von Geschäftsführern, Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat) der Gesellschafter und Aktionäre; ferner Genossenschaften, Sparkassen, Privatstiftung
Vortrag anhand von Powerpoint-Präsentation; Interviews mit Gastreferenten aus der Wirtschaft

Assessment and permitted materials

Mitarbeit der Studiernden: Studierende analysieren wirtschaftlich bedeutende Unternehmen anhand deren Konzernabschlüsse (Referat ca 5-8 Minuten anhand von 2 Powerpoint-Folien).
