Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Practitioners from different fields of medical law will share insights from their professional activity, followed by a joint discussion. Presentations, amongst others, by judges, attorneys and patient attorneys

Assessment and permitted materials

Short paper on a chosen lecture (short decription of main contents); and short online comprehension test (moodle, open book)

For open book exams, students may use their own recordings and documents provided by the invited guests; collaboration with colleagues is not permitted.

Attendance is complulsory, absence during two units will be tolerated

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Short paper (80%), online test (20%); 51% of the maximum points required.

Cerification of successful attendance, no marks are given

Examination topics

Contents of invited presentations must be summarized by students
