Aims, contents and method of the course
Overview of the most important Latin based legal terminology, meaning and usage. Terms from public law, public international law, criminal law, private law, procedural law and Roman law.
Assessment and permitted materials
several homeworks in Moodle2 written tests (on the Fridays)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Beginners with no prior knowledge of Latin learn how to understand and correctly use specific legal terms derived from Latin.
Examination topics
Explanation of terms and their usage in context.
