Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This lecture deals with the both scientifically and sociopolitically interesting part of women in criminality. It describes the frequency of "female" delinquency and victimization, specific differences in appearances of crime in relation to gender, and questions of legal policy, especially concerning sex offences.

Assessment and permitted materials

The grading is based on the scores achieved by the given summery of a specified topic during the course or in the written exam. Up to five additional scores are granted for participation in the discussion either during the course or on the moodle-platform. The attendance of the course is compulsory!

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Examination topics

The learning content is provided both by presentations of the course lecturer and short summaries of strictly specified topics by students. One or to guest lecturers will offer insight into their practical experiences in the field of combating domestic violence.
