Aims, contents and method of the course

This Seminar addresses the question of the Reality of Law and therefore considers the legal sociological theories of Eugen Ehrlich (esp. his concept of "Living Law")

Assessment and permitted materials

The grading will be based on active topic team participation, on campus discussion and the final reflection questions.

The Course is using the eLearning Platform MOODLE (in the blended learning mode) in order to provide both material and infrastructure for groupwork and communication.
