Aims, contents and method of the course

Fachtermini (hauptsächlich) lateinischen Ursprungs werden - nach Themenbereichen (Öffentliches Recht, Prozessrecht, etc.) geordnet - "übersetzt" und in ihrer juristischen Bedeutung erklärt.

Assessment and permitted materials

zwei schriftliche Tests (Termine unter http://roemr.univie.ac.at/fileadmin/user_upload/inst_roem_recht/LV-Aush%C3%A4nge/LV-Aush%C3%A4nge_SS_2011/Kurse_Vorlesungen/KU_030220_Rechtsterminologie_Programm_Weidmann.pdf); es herrscht Anwesenheitspflicht. Nähere Informationen werden auf der e-learning-Plattform bereitgestellt, für die alle angemeldeten TeilnehmerInnen nach der ersten Einheit freigeschaltet werden.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erarbeitung eines Grundwortschatzes lateinischer Rechtsterminologie. Die Studierenden sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, wichtige Termini in ihrer juristischen Bedeutung zu verstehen und sicher anwenden zu können.
