Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar will deal with the question how a liberal constitutional democracy can and shall adequately react on challenges and threats by Islamic fundamentalism in order not to jeopardize its existence and not to relinquish or even lose its foundations like democratic structures, secularity, rule of law and human rights.
Assessment and permitted materials
Students will have to write papers which will be presented and discussed in the course of the seminar.
