Aims, contents and method of the course

Organisation and important principles of case-law , exemplified by recent ECJ rulings , lecture and joint analysis of judgments

Assessment and permitted materials

written exam with pointing
for a positive result you need to have at least half of the total score
no contracts allowed
exam can be written in french or english instead of german
