Aims, contents and method of the course

Objectives: Students shall practice writing an academic law paper in line with academic legal standards.
Content: Students have the opportunity to design their own paper topic, which is related to European and/or international business or technology law.
Methods: Elaboration of an academic law paper and oral presentation of the key findings of the paper.

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment: Academic law paper in English and oral presentation in English.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Grading will be based on the paper (80%) and the oral presentation (20%).
Grading of the bachelor thesis will be based on the bachelor thesis (100%).
