There will be two written final examinations. Furthermore, class participation will count for the grade.

For obtaining a certificate: Class participation and taking the written examinations. Compulsory attendance is required. If absent from more than 1 unit, an extra homework has to be submitted

The course aims at enabling students of other disciplines than law to analyse legal issues with an international dimension from an international law perspective. Course with e-learning support. The topics will be dealt with by discussing practical examples and exercises.
