Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course is for students with an interest in IP-/IT-law, in particular with a long-term project to write a PHD-thsesis in the field. A list of topics will be presented at the first meeting, students' proposals are possible.
The class is held in coopeartion with the Law firm Binder Grösswang (https://www.bindergroesswang.at/). Some of the topics will be proposed by the firm and will be presented and discussed with representatives from Binder Grösswang being present.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written text and oral presentation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Written paper, oral presentation, active participation.
