Aims, contents and method of the course

This - online only - seminar is for students with an interest in IP-/IT-law, in particular with a long-term project to write a PhD-thsesis in the field. The topics of the seminar papers will be determined in the first meeting. There, a list of topics will be presented, students' proposals are possible.
During the course of the seminar, students are to write a seminar paper and hold a presentation on it.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written seminar paper and oral presentation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Written paper, oral presentation, active participation.
