Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This course prepares the students for the participation in the ELSA Moot Court Competition (EMC2 or EMCC). First, the students have to compete in the national and regional oral rounds (March 2015). The winners of the regional rounds will participate in the international written rounds.
Assessment and permitted materials
Individual marking based on the written and oral performance during the preparation for the competition.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The course is open for all students who want to improve their knowledge of WTO law, presentation techniques and english skills.
Examination topics
Coaching of the participants in writing the memorials and in preparing for the pleadings in the national, regional and international written rounds by training of presentation techniques and video analysis.
