Aims, contents and method of the course

Der KU Wettbewerbsrecht (UWG) dient zur vertiefenden Beschäftigung mit Fragen des Lauterkeitsrechts und des angrenzenden Immaterialgüterrechts. Die Schwerpunkte der Lehrveranstaltung umfassen ua folgende Inhalte:

- Rechtsdurchsetzung im Wettbewerbsrecht
- Missbrauch von Kennzeichen eines Unternehmens
- Herabsetzung eines Unternehmens
- Aggressive Geschäftspraktiken
- Irreführende Geschäftspraktiken
- Große Generalklausel
- Vergleichende Werbung
- Verletzung von Geschäfts- und Betriebsgeheimnissen

Mitarbeit: 30%
Hausarbeit: 40%
Abschlussprüfung: 30%

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erwünscht sind Grundkenntnisse des Lauterkeitsrechts auf Basis der Modulprüfung Unternehmensrecht.

Abschlussprüfung: 30%

Insgesamt ist zweimaliges Fernbleiben gestattet. Darüber hinausgehendes Fernbleiben führt zur negativen Beurteilung der Lehrveranstaltung. Etwaiges Fernbleiben bzw der Grund hierfür müssen nicht gesondert mitgeteilt werden.
