Aims, contents and method of the course

Diese Lehrveranstaltung soll Studierenden einen Einblick in die Praxisrelevanz von Grundrechten gewähren und das Verständnis für die entsprechenden Rechtsschutzmöglichkeiten auf nationaler Ebene vertiefen. Um sich entsprechend in die Lehrveranstaltung einbringen und auch von ihr profitieren zu können, wird empfohlen, diese erst bei Vorliegen von Grundkenntnissen des öffentlichen Rechts und des Grundrechtsschutzes zu besuchen.
