Aims, contents and method of the course

Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung werden zentrale Entscheidungen der Verwaltungsgerichte erster Instanz sowie des Verwaltungsgerichtshofes zum öffentlichen Wirtschaftrecht (zB Erkenntnis des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts zur "3. Piste" am Flughafen Schwechat) präsentiert und diskutiert.
In der Vorbesprechung werden die Referatsthemen vergeben.
