Aims, contents and method of the course

The course covers the part "development of constitutional law" of the discipline "Legal and Constitutional History". Legal Sources will be discussed.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

There will be two wirtten test. For the final evaluation, the better test will be the basis (if the student has taken part only at one term, this term will be the basis). It is possible to better the evaluation up to two marks on the cause of active participation at the discussions. But it is not possible to change a negative evaluation into a positive only with discussions, e.g. one of the written tests have to be positive.

Students are free to choose which textbook to prepare for the units. Recommended are alternatively:
