Aims, contents and method of the course
The course deals with the development of private law as well as development of public law in the period before 1848 and shows cross-connections between the two fields.
Assessment and permitted materials
oral collaboration, 3 little multiple choice tests and one written final examination
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Oral participation: up to 70 points
Multiple choice tests: up to 30 points
Final exam: up to 120 points
A maximum of 220 points can therefore be earned. A positive rating gets, who has earned at least 100 points in whatever way.
