Aims, contents and method of the course
The course deals with the development of constutional law as well as of criminal and private law in the period before 1848 and shows cross-connections between the three fields.
Assessment and permitted materials
oral collaboration, 3 little multiple choice tests and one written final examination.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Oral participation: up to 70 points
Multiple choice tests: up to 30 points
Final exam: up to 120 points
A maximum of 220 points can therefore be earned. A positive rating gets, who has earned at least 100 points in whatever way.
