Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziel der Vorlesung ist die Erarbeitung typischer Themen, die im Rahmen einer M&A Transaktion (Unternehmens- oder Beteiligungskauf) zu adressieren sind. Die Studenten sollen die Struktur eines M&A-Vertrages kennen lernen und erste Verhandlungserfahrungen sammeln.
