Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
The seminar will be held in German language. The attendance of the course is a precondition of a positive assessment of the seminar.The assessment of the course is based on the following four elements: seminar paper (70%), oral presentation (20%), handout or powerpoint presentation (5%) and active participation in the discussion (5%). Each element will be examined seperately.

The seminar offers a discourse between the students on comparative administrative law, especially administrative courts. The independent writing of the seminar paper is supported by the lecturer of the course.
