Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim is a brief introduction into Austrian Labour Law in English with an emphasis on the peculiarities of the Austrian system. Both the collective and the individual side of labour law will be treated. An emphasis will be on the latest developments, especially concerning working time legislation and the treatment of persons working in the platform economy.
