Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In der Lehrveranstaltung sollen die Rechtsgrundlagen der Finanzierung des Gesundheitssystems anhand ausgewählter Beispiele behandelt werden. Dabei geht es um die Finanzierung im intramuralen Bereich (Krankenanstalten) mit besonderem Fokus auf intramural angewendete Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte. Ebenfalls wird die Produkterstattung im extramuralen Bereich für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte Gegenstand der LV sein.
Auch der unionsrechtliche Rahmen wird beleuchtet.

Die Erarbeitung des Stoffs erfolgt interaktiv anhand von Gruppenarbeiten, Diskussionen, Unterrichtsmaterialien sowie eines Vortrags.
