Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
There will be two tests, each of them will last 90 minutes and you can get 250 points at each test. In addition to that, you can get up to 10 points for activities in each unit.
Everybody who has taken part at a test but has failed to get enough points for a successful graduation, has the right to attend the replacement test. This test will last 180 minutes and you can get up to 500 points, but all the points from the two regular tests will be omitted.

Examination topics
Der Prüfungsstoff ergibt sich aus den nachstehenden Literaturbehelfen, die alternativ verwendet werden können. Auf der moodle-Plattform wird angegeben, welche Randziffern zu jedem Thema vorzubereiten sind.

It has to be highlighted that only 50 % of the test material can be disucssed within the exercise (especially the parts in constitutional history), the rest has to be learned in a different way (best in a compulory pracitcal exercise in history of civil law).
