Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The compulsory practical exercise is part of the "introductory and orientation period" (STEOP) and also a preparation for the oral exam in legal and constitutional history. The test material will be discussed on the basis of legal sources.
It has to be highlighted that only 50 % of the test material can be disucssed within the exercise (especially the parts in constitutional history), the rest has to be learned in a different way (f.e. in a pracitcal exercise in history of civil law).

Assessment and permitted materials

There will be two tests, each of them will last 90 minutes and you can get 250 points at each test. In addition to that, you can get up to 10 points for activities in each unit.
Everybody who has taken part at a test but has failed to get enough points for a successful graduation, has the right to attend the replacement test. This test will last 180 minutes and you can get up to 500 points, but all the points from the two regular tests will be omitted.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

310 points = sufficient (4)
390 points = satisfactory (3)
470 points = well (2)
530 points = very well (1)
