Aims, contents and method of the course

CONTENT:
selected topics in the history of private law

AIMS & METHOD:
On the basis of source passages (to be prepared independently outside the course), the respective material areas will be discussed in the individual exercise units; the working paper will be made available on the learning platform. In written examinations, the students have to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired. The course should contribute to the preparation for the module examination, for more information see Moodle and preliminary meeting.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The minimum requirement for a positive grade is, in addition to regular attendance, a certain number of points from two attendance exams (each with partial material), whereby only the better exam counts. These examinations each last 45 minutes; points from the Moodle tests and oral participation are taken into account in the final grade.
Exercise participants whose overall performance in the PÜ after these two examinations is not yet sufficient for a positive conclusion have the right to participate in a substitute examination (partial material). The final grade is then calculated from the substitute exam points and the Moodle test points, for more information see Moodle.
